Queen Victoria and Children

Victoria and Family by Franz Xaver Winterhalter

Queen Victoria, one of the greatest monarchs of England, was born Alexandrina Victoria, and her husband was Francis Albert Augustus Charles Emmanuel, called Albert. She notoriously disliked children, said her own were "ugly" and "frog-like", and found the thought of breastfeeding disgusting. All of this is surprising seeing as she had nine children.

From oldest to youngest:

Victoria Adelaide Mary Louisa
Albert “Bertie” Edward
Alice Maud Mary
Alfred Ernest Albert
Helena Augusta Victoria
Louise Caroline Alberta
Arthur William Patrick Albert
Leopold George Duncan Albert
Beatrice Mary Victoria Feodore
