Angharad - I'm currently reading "The Blue Sword" by Robin McKinley. The main character is Angharad "Harry" Crewe, an orphan who is sent to live in Istan, a military outpost, and eventually becomes a warrior of Damar. Angharad is of Welsh origin and means "more love".
